SHIPPING

Shipping is free of charge. Taxes are included. 

AVANT TOI will deliver the ordered products to the address indicated in the order via courier.

Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date the order confirmation email is received. However, during certain periods, shipping may take longer. Average delivery times are: 1-3 business days for deliveries within Italy, 1-5 business days for deliveries within Europe, and 2-10 business days for deliveries to non-EU countries.

Upon receipt of the package, please check its condition. If the package is damaged, accept it only by writing "with reservation" to the courier.
In case of damage to the package or the product, please report it by email to: shop@avant-toi.it 

If a destination country is not listed among those available, it means we currently do not ship to that country.

RETURNS

You may exchange or return your order, in its original condition (with packaging and all tags and labels attached), within 14 days from the delivery date. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the sender.

To request a return, send an email to shop@avant-toi.it , clearly stating your order number, the email address used to place the order, and the bank account details for the refund. You will receive a response to your return request within two business days. If your return is approved, you will have 14 days to ship the package, at your expense and insured, to the following address:

We will process refunds or exchanges within 3-5 business days of receiving the products at our warehouse, provided the return meets all conditions.
